The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts Processing time and Shipping time. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

Shipping Status
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date ranged provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email. -
Furniture and Oversized Items
Oversized home items will ship with a freight delivery service and will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Our freight service will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time. Additional shipping may be added to the standard shipping costs of oversized home items and will be indicated during checkout.
LEAD TIME
All custom booths have a 4–12 week lead time. Any style, any color, any material — made your way.
